Free Telling Time Practice Cards
Are you working on telling time with your kids? I made these colorful cards for some fun time telling practice!
Telling time is often one of those skills you just have to practice to get better at. And honestly, I still have to think about it when reading a clock!
I made cards for time on the hour, half-hour, quarter-hour, and three-quarter-hour. The colors match so it is self-correcting, but the colors are used over and over so it isn’t a dead giveaway.
The last set time set to 5 minute increments. Those cards are not color coded, just random colors. A bit more of a challenge.
You could also print these in gray scale for no color assistance!
The last sheet is for recording time. You could play a memory game and when you make a match write down the time. Or use it for practicing throughout the day. A parent could also set it up as a matching worksheet and fill out the clocks and time and have the child match. The options are endless…almost!
