Skip Counting Dot to Dot for Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays to use in themes – mostly because of the turkeys.
I love the turkeys.
So when I have the opportunity to do a Thanksgiving theme, I almost always take it.
I knew a skip counting dot to dot was needed in a Thanksgiving theme! So here it is.
These Thanksgiving Do a Dot Printables are another great way to expand your Thanksgiving learning!

Why Skip Counting Dot to Dot
Skip counting is such an important skill to learn before multiplication.
Of course, that isn’t the only use for skip counting. In fact, we use skip counting all the time without thinking about it.
When we read an analog clock or count minutes in general – skip counting by 5s.
I often skip count by 2s to count groups of things.
Skip counting dot to dot pages just make practicing skip counting a bit more fun.
And there is always room for fun in learning.

I often leave these out for my kids as an enticing way to practice a bit of math. So I leave them to their own devices to figure it out.
If you want to give your child instructions – tell them to use their skip counting skills (2, 4, 6, 8) to connect the dots.
Once they’ve connected all the dots, they’ll have a complete picture!
