Are Vampire Bats Real? Easy Reader

Kids naturally love learning but I’ve found, at least with the younger ages, nonfiction books can be a bit overwhelming.  The information often doesn’t read like a normal book and kind of just has little blurbs randomly spread over the page.  My kids don’t often pick up nonfiction books, and I think that has something to do with it.

A few weeks ago I made a Nonfiction Frog Reader that Royal loved.  He was hesitant at first but once he got into it he read it multiple times.  So I’m working on a full set of nonfiction animal readers.  Next in line is Vampire Bats!

My kids love all things mythological and fantasy so they insist things like werewolves, wizards, and vampires are real.  I’m not trying to squash that belief (after reading the book he still insists they’re real) but I thought I’d try to capitalize on their interests.

This early reader is mostly black and white (cover is color and parts of a few images, but I’d say 90% b&w).  Easy on the printer and they can color it in, if they choose!
