Kindergarten Workbox Labels
We’ve changed up out workbox routine a bit. Baloo has days where he wants to just keep doing schoolwork even after I am done and days where he doesn’t even want to touch a single page. So I’ve decided to let him choose his daily work and work at his own pace. At the beginning of the week I’ll put out all his work for the week in his boxes and he will have Monday-Thursday to finish.
Instead of numbering the boxes I am organizing them by subject. So here are our new fancy-schmancy labels!
I’m getting these set up as we speak and we’ll be starting our new system this week! Wish me luck!
I love this! It’s so cool you posted this because I was planning to re-vamp our workbox system today. We used to do it according to Sue Patrick’s system, but it wasn’t working for us so we moved on to other things. I’m going back to workboxes so my kids don’t have to rely on me to continuously tell them what to do next. I like the idea of dividing by subject and letting them work at their own pace. I’m with you…as long as it gets done by the end of the week.
