After Ami posted her paint chip sudoku I knew I had to make more versions of this game for Baloo. He really enjoyed this game more than I thought he would! It was challenging enough but he could still do it and he’d definitely learning some deductive reasoning!

How old is your son? I love Sudoku. I have a 4 year old, but I think it’s too much for her right now. I’m going to put this on my to do with her later. It’s a very good deductive reasoning activity. I love it.

He’s 5 and a few months. It’s definitely a challenge for him and I have to work closely with him to make sure he isn’t just putting pieces wherever. I think he’s starting to understand it more though. I didn’t think he’d get it at all so I’m a bit surprised that he’s able to work through it! I think I would give it a shot with a 4 year old and see how it goes!
