Spring Sun Catchers
It’s obvious (here at least!) that Spring is coming! The weather is getting nicer, flowers are starting to bloom…and I’m excited! I love spring!!!
We have some seriously bare windows and I thought the perfect thing for spring would be some nice window decorations. I printed out some springy coloring pages for the boys to color.
(You can download our coloring pages here!)
And we colored them! I couldn’t help but join in on the fun.
Then we used paper towels to wipe baby oil all over the pictures. This makes them more translucent.
The baby oil helps the pictures stick to the window so we didn’t even need tape! And now we have some nice little suncatchers in our window! We might make more so the entire window looks like stained glass!
Note: use the good crayons, or markers, on these!! You can see the little chick was colored with the off brand crayon. It shows!
